The Judges:
- Kylie Monogue
- Sir Tom Johns
- Ricky Wilson
- Will.I.am
The contestants
Lee Glasson:
Song- I just can't get you out of my head
My Opinion-He is very unique and he really made the song his own. I would have probably turned around if I was a judge. At first he looked nervous (which is perfectly normal) and he seemed very tense but by the end he got more relaxed.
His mentor- Kylie
Cristina Marie:
Song- I have nothing
My Opinion- Absolutely amazing!!! Her voice is beautiful and clear and just amazing.
Her mentor- Ricky
Danielle:
Song- L-O-V-E
My opinion- well...at first she was slightly flat but she got better. She didn't pick the right song. She was nervous so I think that's why she was slightly flat. She has a lot of potential though.
Her Mentor- ( she didn't get through)
Anna McLuckie:
Song- Get lucky
My Opinion- She has a beautiful voice it's so clear. She made the song her own and managed to put harp with a sort of disco song which is amazing.
Her mentor- Will.I.am
Tara lewis:
Song- you make my dreams come true
My opinion- she can go high and she has a nice voice.
Her Mentor- (she didn't get through)
Ryan Green:
Song- Don't go
My opinion- When I first saw him and heard that he did piano and loved music I new he was going to be good. His voice is nice and he sang clearly. Sadly he didn't get through but he's only 16 and has a lot of potential.
His Mentor- (He didn't get through)
Beth McCarthy:
Song- Sexy and I know it
My opinion- She is a good guitarist. She transformed the song completely and has a great voice. She also has a good sense of humour.
Her Mentor- Ricky
Sally Baker:
Song- Don't let me be misunderstood
My opinion- I like her voice and she has soul in her.
Her Mentor- Tom
Leo Ihenacho:
Song- Holding back the years
My Opinion- His voice is unique and I quite liked it to be honest there wasn't anything bad and he wasn't flat. He is very optimistic and charismatic. I think he can be a great recording artist on his own.
His Mentor- Kylie
So overall I think the first auditions were good.
